The property has been transitioned into a thriving commercial/industrial storage and self-storage park, consisting of over 498,000 square feet of indoor storage. Waikele represents a successful adaptive reuse project for Hunt Development and the U.S. Navy, resulting in a substantial increase of the property's value.
