For over forty years, the company has focused on quality design, construction, development management, property management and maintenance of military housing for various branches of the United States military in the continental U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska.
Hunt specializes in turnkey design-build services through traditional military construction (MILCON) programs and the military’s public-private venture (PPV) program. As such, Hunt provides in-house services including development management, program management, constructability review, design overview, cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, construction management, quality control, risk/safety management, and asset/property management.
To date, Hunt has been awarded over 175 projects from the Department of Defense, consisting of over 72,000+ units.
